About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse existing workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop automation or web-based solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery. You will be involved in both business analysis and hands-on solution implementation, supporting projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support. • Working Hours: Mon-Fri • Working Location: Central • Salary Package: Up to $9500 (basic) + AWS • Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities• Conduct business process analysis and re-engineering exercises to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and interviews • Analyse current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improved future-state processes • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions and internal web applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical solutions • Prepare process documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and coordinate enhancements or bug fixes • Maintain and enhance deployed solutions to ensure operational stability and performance • Support change management and user adoption initiatives • Ensure compliance with organisational IT governance, security, and risk management standards • Work closely with cross-functional teams on digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation projects • Hands-on experience with automation platforms or workflow tools such as Microsoft 365 technologies (e.g. Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI) or scripting/programming languages • Experience in web application development and software implementation projects • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing and deployment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage both technical and non-technical users • Familiarity with enterprise or government IT environments will be an advantage • Knowledge of IT governance, risk assessment, or compliance practices is preferred • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Preferred Skills• Experience with workflow automation and digitalisation initiatives • Exposure to enterprise systems integration and reporting tools • Familiarity with cloud-hosted or enterprise web environments • Experience conducting training sessions and supporting user onboarding initiatives By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy(scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
