This role involves coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities• Provide administrative support, including preparation of documents, reports, and presentations. • Maintain and organise electronic filing systems to ensure proper document management. • Coordinate meetings, events, and related logistics arrangements. • Review invoices and expense claims, and assist with light bookkeeping duties. • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases. • Update and manage Excel spreadsheets to ensure information remains current and error-free. • Compile and organise information for reports, presentations, and business requirements. • Support ad-hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. • Prior experience in administrative, operations, business support, or coordination roles will be advantageous. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records. • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
