About this role
Job Description • Responsible for project procurement and contracting activities, including soliciting quotations, comparing bids, negotiating prices, preparing bid-comparison matrices, and recommending awardees; and performing quality, health/safety, and environmental (QHSE) checks on related verification documents. • Select competitive suppliers and contract packages to ensure a sufficient number of valid bids enter the award process. Conduct floor-price analyses to ensure award results are efficient and align with project budget requirements and market conditions. • Perform commercial bid evaluations, review vendor information and project characteristics, and ensure contract terms adequately bind vendors and meet the project’s schedule and quality requirements. • Implement project procurement plans to ensure issued contracts and work schedules satisfy project needs. Requirements • Master's degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 3 years of experience in subcontract, purchasing in EPC industry • Strong communication skills to effectively convey project information and coordinate teams • Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and optimize outcomes • Organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands
