About this role
Our front-of-house crew represents the service and overall hospitality of the café. You should consistently provide excellent customer service and ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the visit. The position requires someone who is a team player, service-oriented, and passionate about the industry. Responsibilities • Offer friendly and efficient service to customers • Provide menu recommendations to customers when asked • Process customer orders via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system • Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly • Assist with setting and clearing the table for various meal periods • Assist the shift manager in planning and organizing special events • Escalate customers' feedback to the shift manager • Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards • Any other duties assigned by the manager Requirements • No experience is required • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Retail industry will be an advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent team player and friendly individual • High initiative and positive attitude • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays • Minimum 3 days per week Working Locations • Tanjong Pagar • Upper East Coast • Asia Square
