Calibration Technican (SAP Master Data Entry)

Job Overview We are seeking a Calibration Technician to support project and engineering teams in Preparing Master database for field instrument records related works. The role involves close coordination with site teams to ensure Calibration Records for Field instruments are aligned with site requirements and execution standards. Responsibilities • Prepare & Review Master Calibration database to established Calibration program in site wide SAP system to ensure all instrument calibration details and calibration cycle in accordance with site procedures and regulatory requirements. • Perform calibration management of instruments in accordance with regulations and internal procedures to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the measuring instruments in use • Responsible for completing the internal calibration of the instrument on schedule, making corresponding records, and approving the internal calibration report • Responsible for summarizing and drawing up the measuring instruments ledger and keeping the ledger updated in time • Review, register and file the relevant documents to ensure the timely, accurate and complete records. • Establish and optimize the relevant operation process, train and ensure strict implementation, report problems in time and take the initiative to solve them. Requirements • Diploma or bachelor's degree, Instrumentation, automation and other related majors, familiar with national metrology management regulations • 3 years ’calibration working experience (Pharma experience will be advantage) • Hands on experience on SAP system for preparing Master Instrument Calibration records • 6 month full time contract role at client location in Tuas.
