Case Administration Officer - Contract Role

• Work Location - Thomson, Central Region • Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm • Monthly Salary - up to $3160 • Govt Agency, 12 months contract Job Scope: • Create and manage cases in case management systems • Assign cases to relevant partner agencies • Upload referral documents and maintain case records • Monitor long outstanding cases and follow up with agencies for updates • Prepare and send official correspondence to clients • Complete case closure procedures • Liaise with technical teams to resolve system issues • Extract and compile case data for reporting purposes Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications –Excel, Word, Powerpoint Interested candidates, kindly email your resume to: zuli.ng@tg-hr.com We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
