Position Overview: The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions through the cash deposit machine and POS system, ensuring accuracy and providing friendly, efficient service. The role also includes supporting front-of-house operations and assisting customers when needed. Key Responsibilities: Process customer payments via cash deposit machine, NETS, credit card, and other electronic platforms. Assist customers in using the machine and ensure transactions are recorded accurately. Provide courteous customer service and assist with inquiries. Support front-of-house operations, including queue management and order collection. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier counter and service area. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisors. Qualifications: Experience in cashiering or customer service preferred. Basic IT skills to operate POS and payment machines. Responsible, reliable, and able to multitask.
