Cell Culture and Laboratory Operations Specialist

Job Position The Company is looking to actively hire a Cell Culture and Laboratory Operations Specialist with 3 to 5 years of work experience in growing cell cultures, tumoroids, and organ on a chip studies. The candidate is responsible for sterility and safety of cell culture activities, OOC studies, and related lab workflow. The candidate is personally responsible to the upkeep and care of materials and equipment ensured to the candidate. Responsibilities • Undertake various procedures to grow various cancer cell lines, and tumoroids in sterile conditions. • Undertake Organ on a Chip Studies, and Cell Culture Studies (2D + 3D Imaging) in sterile conditions. Brightfield, fluorescence and luminescence assays with Microscopy. • Conduct DNA gel electrophoresis and PCR (RT-PCR, qPCR, colony PCR). • Interface with various vendors for OOC and cell culture activities. • Write qualitative reports with good technical writing skills. • Ensure safe dry ice shipments to CROs. • Loging and maintaining lab reports, inventory management, internal database on a daily basis. Ensuring all protocols in the laboratory are followed as per SOP. • Coordinate workflow with the CSO, laboratory operations, procurement, and vendors. Work Experience • 2 years of experience in cell culture, organ on a chip, microscopy, analytical chemistry, and nanotechnology • 2 years of experience working in R&D laboratories, research institutions, diagnostic clinics, or research laboratories Timings • Monday to Friday: 9.30 AM to 3 PM (Noon to 1pm Lunch Break), On-Site • Salary: $ 3,500 a month Academic Qualifications • Masters or PhD in Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences
