About this role
• Oversee the daily operations of the Centre • Liaising with tutors, parents and students • Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers’ queries and needs • Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe • Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre • Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management • Counter sales of tuition packages • Coordinating marketing and sales activities at branchCommunicating with parents on the new tuition schedules for every start of the semesters or academic year • Administer daily and monthly reports • Periodic preparation for new academic year as well as semesters • Must be energetic and have a business mindset • Able to work both weekends.
