We focus on clear teaching and structured learning to help students understand Science and Chemistry through real experiments and guided lessons. Job Summary Join Achievers Dream as a Science or Chemistry teacher to deliver structured lessons and hands-on experiments, guiding students through concepts and exam preparation while supporting their academic growth. Responsibilities • Teach Primary Science and Secondary Chemistry (GCE N, O, and A Levels) using a structured teaching methodology to ensure clear understanding of concepts • Guide students through problem-solving strategies and exam preparation to improve academic outcomes • Conduct demonstrations in the NEA-approved chemistry laboratory to enhance students’ practical learning experience • Support students in building confidence by providing targeted academic guidance and encouragement • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve teaching skills and collaborate with fellow educators for best practices • Commit professionally to a full-time teaching role during the contract period, maintaining high standards of student engagement and lesson delivery Required competencies and certifications • Hold a Chemistry degree or diploma from a recognized institution or be NIE-trained • Achieved minimum academic results: O-Level Chemistry: A1 or A2, or A-Level Chemistry: B Preferred competencies and qualifications • Teaching experience (helpful but not required as structured training will be provided) Other Information Benefits • Additional leave • Parental care leave • Weekend meal allowance • Health insurance • Flexi-benefit for outpatient visits • Wellness benefit • Professional development opportunities Work Schedule • Availability for 3 weekdays and 2 weekends or 4 weekdays and 1 weekend • Weekdays: 1 PM – 9 PM • Weekends: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Career Development • Opportunities to grow into senior educator or leadership roles as the organisation expands • Completion bonus of up to $10,000 for educators who complete a 3-year contract with strong performance Application Process • Phone interview • Content assessment (MCQ & open-ended questions) • Two in-person interviews How to Apply If you enjoy explaining concepts and want to build a meaningful career helping students succeed in Science and Chemistry, apply here: • https: //achieversdreamcareer.base44.app/ Please include your Chemistry grades and resume in your application.
