Job Highlights • Choose your work style: - 3-day work week (9:00am – 6:00pm), or - 5-day work week (half-day AM or PM shift) • Opportunity to build a strong foundation in insurance claims operations • Exposure to both corporate and individual client servicing • Supportive environment that values accuracy, learning, and teamwork Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the Claims Team • Prepare, check and submit claim forms and related documentation • Update claims status on internal system and platform • Communicate with clients and handle enquiries on insurance coverage, claims, pre-authorization, etc. • Liaise with insurance partners, clinics/hospitals, third-party administrators on claims matters • Support on claims administration of individual and corporate policies • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policy and guidelines • Maintain client confidentiality and strictly adhering to PDPA and compliance requirements • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time Requirements • Customer centric, meticulous, strong analytical, written communication skill • Able to multitask, well organized and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines • Exposure in general insurance industry will be an added advantage but not a must • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and PDF editor • Insurance Certifications such as BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI are an advantage
