Key Roles, Operational Responsibilities& Duties · Responsible for the design, site supervision, coordination, and construction support of cleanroom facilities in high-tech manufacturing environments. ·Experience in semiconductor fabs or advanced technology facility construction is highly preferred. ·Proficient in cleanroom system design, construction management, commissioning schedule integration, cross-functional coordination, and compliance with Singapore regulatory inspection and approval processes. ·Possesses in-depth knowledge of cleanroom classification standards (ISO Class 1–9), airborne particle control, AMC (Airborne Molecular Contamination) filtration, and FFU (Fan Filter Unit) systems. · Familiar with cleanroom architectural components, including raised access floors, ceiling grid systems, and partition walls, as well astheir integration with structural systems. Job Requirement · Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines. · Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in Clean Room systems for semiconductor fabs, ATFBO facilities, or industrial construction projects. · Proficient in both English and Chinese · Strong hands-on experience in on-site supervision of fire protection system installations. · Familiar with Singapore fire safety requirements, codes, and authority inspection processes administered by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). · Knowledge of fire protection testing, commissioning, and authority inspection workflows is an advantage. ·Able to work independently on site, and coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, system vendors, and Clients. ·Willing to work in a site-based and shift-based environment, as required by the project.
