About this role
Responsibilities: • Matching, mailing and filing of invoices • Maintain proper filing and documentation records • Payment reminder and follow-up with customers on overdue payments • Assist in data entry of delivery orders and invoices • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Able to perform simple data entry and administrative tasks • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Interested applicants, please send your resume stating your current and expected salary to: hazelfg@yahoo.com.sg
