Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support • Act as main contact for client service • Handle inquiries, issues, and requests • Follow up on client cases Client Advisory & Transactions • Guide clients on banking products and services • Support account opening (documents, coordination, meetings) • Process account closures and fund transfers • Assist with term deposit rates • Support transaction processing and tracking • Handle statements, advices, fax, and mail • Assist with credit checks and loan instructions • Support e-banking services (applications, updates, password resets) System & Administration • Update and maintain client records in systems • Ensure proper follow-up on cases Policies & Reporting • Update procedures and manuals • Prepare daily and ad-hoc reports Requirements• Diploma/Degree with banking operations experience • Basic knowledge and experience in commercial / corporate banking products and systems • Good communication and teamwork skills • Proficient in MS Office R1105492 23C1935
