Responsibilities: • Provide frontline customer service. • Scheduling of appointment and patient registration. • Booking of referral appointments. • Handling phone calls and inquiries. • Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection. • Maintaining inventory levels. • Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. • Previous experience in a healthcare organization is a plus. • Familiarity and hands-on experience with the Plato System is preferred. • Proficient in medical insurance processing. • Tech-savvy. • Team player with the ability to work independently. • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Capable of planning and multitasking effectively. • Possesses a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn. • Availability to start on short notice is preferred.
