Job Description & Requirements A family medicine clinic in Novena seeking permanent part-time clinic assistant. Responsibilities include - patient registration & scheduling of appointments, payment collections, corporate and insurance claims - Assist doctors during consultation - Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency, including inventory related matters - Attend to telephone/email/whatsapp enquiries - Filling and maintaining proper documentation - Any other administrative or ad-hoc duties Job Type: Permanent Part-time, including Saturday mornings (working hours Mon to Sat 9am to 1pm) Salary: negotiable, depending on education, experience and skills
