Job Description & Requirements Position: Full time, contract Looking for candidates who can work: 2 evenings per week and Saturday morning Job Responsibilities • Attend to walk-in patients and clinic enquiries • Manage front desk patient registration, answer phone queries and emails • Provide administrative support and scheduling appointments • Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medication to patients • Cashiering and process billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes • Assist Doctor with procedures whenever necessary • Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment • Assist with procedures, phlebotomy • Assist with other ad hoc duties assigned by Doctor Requirements • Singaporean or Permanent Resident • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare or clinic work environment. • Proficient in English. Ability to speak Mandarin or dialect is a bonus as there are patients who do not speak English. • Nursing/ Enrolled nurse background is a plus. • Good knowledge and experience on claims submissions (eg. Third Party Administrator Portal, Insurance Provider Portal, Mediclaim Portal etc) will be an added advantage • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Responsible, well-organized and proactive • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Computer literacy • Remuneration will be adjusted based on experience and performance.
