[ Full time /Office hour / Shift work ] [ Short term / Long term & Renewable contract / With chance of conversion to permanent ] Responsibilities: • Registering incoming patients upon arrival. • Scheduling patient appointments. • Assisting in preparing patients for examinations. • Verifying and updating patient records. • Process patient payments, including inquiries, while providing clear explanations of charges. • Providing assistance to doctors and nurses as required. Requirements: • Minimum educational requirement of N/O Levels / Nitec / Diploma in any field. • Interest in the healthcare/medical sector. • Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed; training will be provided. • Candidates with customer service experiences are preferred. • Ability to commit to a long-term position.
