Job Description & Requirements • Office Hour 5.5 days • 4 months- contract • Central Area We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support the smooth operation of our client. The role involves managing reception duties, providing administrative and clinical support, and ensuring excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage reception duties including greeting patients, attending to enquiries, and handling phone calls professionally. • Perform front-desk tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, verification of insurance, and billing processes. • Process insurance claims and Medisave transactions accurately and in a timely manner. • Maintain proper billing records and reconcile daily cash and electronic payments. • Assist doctors during consultations, ensuring patients’ comfort and needs are met. • Conduct regular stock-taking and replenishment of medical supplies. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment at all times. Job Requirements • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric mindset. • Familia with Plato System will be advantage. • Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Plato system and proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). • Positive work attitude, good team player, and willingness to learn.
