Job Summary Join Alpha Chiropractic Health as a part-time or full-time Clinical Assistant to deliver excellent patient service and administrative support, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience in our Tanjong Pagar healthcare practice. Responsibilities • Greet and welcome patients to create a friendly and professional reception environment • Assist patients with intake and registration to ensure accurate and efficient processing • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize clinic workflow • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for clinical and administrative use • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness to uphold clinic hygiene standards • Perform administrative tasks to support clinical team operations and patient care • Deliver high standards of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction • Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning of services • Procure and purchase clinic supplies and conduct regular stock takes to maintain inventory Preferred competencies and qualifications • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service environments to support patient interactions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse patients • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Proficiency in computer systems and software for administrative duties • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and task execution • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting • Genuine interest in healthcare and passion for delivering quality patient care
