Clinic Operations Executive (Clinic Support)

Responsibilities: • Handle telephone enquiries and make bookings for patients. • Match patients’ requests to appropriate Physicians, being mindful of their preferences and well-being to attract patient visits. • Manage the front desk daily cash collection with integrity and proper record keeping. • Provide innovative customer service which includes patient relationship management, patients' registration and scheduling of appointments. • To perform other clinic duties as and when requested by the supervisor and as advised by Clinic management. Requirements: • Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience • Experience working at front desk or/and in a TCM clinic will be an advantage. Contract Duration: 1 year Working hours: • Monday to Wed, Saturday: 8.15am to 5.30pm , Thursday: 8.15am to5.30pm (for day duty) • Thursday:  1.00pm to 9.00pm (for night duty), Friday: 8.30am to 5.15pm • Roster on a five-day week, which may include working on one night duty and/or on a Saturday. • Lunch break: 12.30pm to1.15pm (45 min) Working Location: 50 Nanyang Avenue Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 per month EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
