Clinical Operations Manager

Work Location: Buona Vista Work Hour: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: Basic up to $14,000 + 1 month completion bonus Job Description • Manage operations of Clinical Research Unit and coordinate cross-functional activities • Lead project management and execution of clinical studies from start to completion • Provide operational leadership to study teams and resolve study execution issues • Serve as subject matter expert for operational processes and regulatory requirements • Review study designs and provide input on operational feasibility during planning • Oversee IRB submissions and ensure compliance with submission timelines • Manage equipment lifecycle and maintain clinical operational databases • Lead implementation of high priority clinical studies to meet global portfolio decisions • Ensure studies comply with approved protocols, GCP standards and regulatory requirements • Supervise and develop team members while managing performance reviews Requirements • Degree in science or health-related field • Minimum 10 years experience in clinical research with operations or project management background • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams • Understanding of clinical trial processes and task coordination across teams • Willing to travel overseas to USA 1-2 times per year • Available for conference calls and meetings outside office hours in US time zone Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
