Work Location: West side polyclinics Job Responsibilities: • Provide direct services to patients with chronic and mental health issues through conducting clinical interviews, screening and assessments in an outpatient setting. • Provide individuals and / or group consultations to patients, implement steps to enhance and facilitate collaborations and integration of services among the multi-disciplinary teams. • Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate mental health components that will increase quality of patient care. • Design, implement, monitor and evaluate in-house training and development curriculum for psychologists/allied health/medical professionals to enhance their service quality. Requirements: • MA/MSC in Applied Psychology • At least 1 year relevant counselling experience in outpatient setting will be a strong advantage • Registered with Singapore Registrar of Psychologists will be an advantage Interested candidates may whatsapp your resume to 8977 7062.
