About this role
Join a dynamic healthcare research and innovation team where you will play a key role in supporting and advancing clinician scientist development programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare innovation, talent development, research administration, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate clinician scientist development programmes, including programme administration, process improvements, reporting, and participant support. • Oversee pre- and post-award administration to ensure smooth programme delivery and positive participant experience. • Maintain and enhance online platforms, including researcher profiles and achievement showcases, to strengthen visibility and recognition of healthcare researchers and innovators. • Provide secretariat support for strategic committees, including meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up actions. • Support talent development initiatives for clinician scientists and national research award recipients. • Coordinate mentorship programmes, researcher engagement activities, profile showcases, and outreach initiatives. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive programme objectives and support research talent development efforts. • Participate in cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives as required. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. • Experience in programme management, administration, project coordination, research administration, healthcare, education, or related fields will be advantageous. • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable managing online content platforms. • Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination abilities.
