Clinical Trials Project Specialist (End-to-End Study Management) #HDC

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of clinical trials from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of clinical studies to meet timelines, quality standards, and budget objectives • Develop and manage essential study documents including protocols, case report forms, study manuals, and informed consent materials • Liaise with investigative sites through training and ongoing engagement to ensure smooth trial operations • Perform clinical monitoring activities such as site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of adverse events and protocol deviations in compliance with regulatory requirements • Organise investigator meetings and present key study updates and materials • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and CROs, to ensure aligned and timely deliverables • Contribute to data analysis, interpretation of results, and preparation of clinical reports and publications • Support database oversight and ensure data integrity throughout the study lifecycle • Participate in cross-functional discussions to align clinical strategies with broader organisational goals Requirements: • Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related disciplines • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and clinical research regulations or ethical standards in biomedical research • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical capabilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively If you are keen to contribute to meaningful clinical advancements and grow within a dynamic research environment, we welcome your application.
