In this role, you will be responsible to support the implementation of Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solutions. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy scalable contact center architectures, including conversational IVRs, real-time reporting and analytics, and AI-driven capabilities such as generative AI and intelligent automation. Responsibilities: • Learn and support the configuration of Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and AI capabilities such as sentiment analysis and automated call summarization • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements • Support integration efforts with various CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) or other business systems • Support testing, issue resolution, and documentation activities throughout the deployment process • Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements, provide project updates, and conduct training on new Amazon Connect features Essential Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • Strong technical aptitude with an interest in cloud technologies and AI/Generative AI solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders • Eagerness to learn Amazon Web Services (AWS) and services around Amazon Connect, and Customer Experience Best Practices • Knowledge of Python or C#/.NET development and deployment via AWS Lambda • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude • Strong attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation Preferred Attributes: • Exposure to contact center environments, service desk operations, or customer service through internships, part-time roles, or academic projects • Basic understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals • Familiarity with AI concepts such as speech recognition, sentiment analysis, chatbots, and conversational AI • Exposure to AWS AI/ML services, including Amazon Bedrock, large language models (LLMs), and Agentic AI concepts • Understanding of generative AI applications, prompt engineering fundamentals, and intelligent automation concepts We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
