CNC/Manufacturing Engineer (East /12 Months)

Job Scope: • Read and understand the Engineering and Stage drawings • Understand all GD&T symbols to be able to read apply for CNC programming. • Create the Offline CNC programs using UG NX 7.5/8.5/10 and above for Aerospace components • Component prove out on Machining, Turning and Turn mill and 5 Axis centres • Readout CNC codes including probing cycles for program creation • Simulation using Vericut software and beginner level knowledge on Machine and Control building in Vericut • Strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering • Generate 3D models using NX Job Requirements: • Read and understand the Engineering and Stage drawings • Understand all GD&T symbols to be able to read apply for CNC programming. • Offline CNC programs using UG NX 8.5/9/10 and above for Aero engine and Structural components is mandatory • Knowledge of Team centre functions will be • Should be proficient enough to generate 3D models using NX • Optimization in Programming and machining techniques • Awareness of aerospace quality requirements
