Location: Novena Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours Contract Duration: 12 months Community Partnerships & Volunteer ManagementThis role offers the opportunity to contribute towards strengthening volunteerism and active citizenry efforts through communications, stakeholder engagement, and programme management initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development & Management • Conceptualise and create engaging content for digital and social media platforms • Curate and produce monthly newsletters for stakeholder communications • Design and develop communications materials, including infographic series and outreach materials • Support recruitment and outreach campaigns for volunteer initiatives Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the main point-of-contact for learning journeys and volunteer engagement activities • Coordinate briefing sessions and engagement activities for volunteers • Manage volunteer communications through dedicated mailboxes and communication channels • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support volunteer management initiatives Administrative & Events Management Support • Provide end-to-end administrative and event management support for programmes, briefing sessions, and events • Track and report engagement metrics and programme outcomes • Compile and analyse data and stakeholder inputs to derive insights on volunteer management outcomes • Support any other duties and projects as assigned Requirements• Singaporeans only • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related disciplines. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered • Preferably 2–3 years of relevant working experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, or events management. • Proficient in digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva • Knowledge of basic video editing tools will be an advantage • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good stakeholder management abilities • Strong project coordination, organisational, and analytical skills • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with attention to detail Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
