Communications Specialist (Contract)

• Develop and produce strategic communication materials including memos, presentations, and fact sheets for internal and external audiences. • Create engaging multimedia content (videos, digital and social media assets) to effectively communicate key messages. • Manage and maintain internal communication platforms such as intranet portals, newsletters, and corporate announcements. • Support media relations through proactive monitoring, analysis, and coordination with external vendors. • Plan and execute events including senior leadership visits, town halls, and global campaign activations, ensuring seamless delivery across content, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to oversee event design, production, and on-site execution. • Ensure compliance with governance processes, including approvals, documentation, and audit requirements. • Maintain accurate records and support regular and ad-hoc reporting.
