What You’ll DoPartnership Engagement • Identify and engage programme partners, community organisations, and relevant stakeholders to support outreach efforts • Build and maintain professional working relationships with partners to promote participation in the scheme • Collaborate with partners to organise and coordinate offsite visits, improving accessibility for different audiences • Work with arts and heritage organisations to support programme experiences aligned with community needs • Support the development of materials and processes to facilitate partner coordination • Assist in coordinating partnership initiatives that support participation in programmes under the scheme Organising Group Visits • Coordinate group visits to programmes supported under the scheme • Manage logistics such as transportation, ticketing, and on-site arrangements • Track group visit requests, attendance, and related records Digital Access Support • Support individuals who may face challenges with digital access to participate in programmes • Work with partners to provide alternative access options, such as assisted booking or offline registration • Provide guidance on navigating relevant digital platforms Outreach & Awareness • Work with partners to share information about the scheme through their communication channels • Coordinate the dissemination of outreach materials and key messages • Support the planning and execution of outreach activities such as briefings, roadshows, and engagement sessions • Monitor outreach activities and support reporting on participation and engagement outcome Who We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in Community Engagement, Arts Management, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • Demonstrated experience in community engagement, partnership management, outreach, or programme coordination • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with digital engagement tools • Understanding of community organisations and public engagement initiatives is an advantage • Experience in planning and coordinating events, programmes, or group activities is preferred Working Details• Working Hours: • Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30am - 6.00pm • Fridays : 8.30am - 5.30pm We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
