Join a dynamic government-sector team dedicated to fostering social cohesion and strengthening partnerships across diverse community stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with community groups, volunteers, and various stakeholders to support initiatives and programmes that promote engagement, understanding, and collaboration within the community. Key Responsibilities• Build and maintain positive relationships with community groups, volunteers, and external stakeholders. • Coordinate and support community engagement initiatives, programmes, and events. • Facilitate meetings, dialogues, and learning activities involving various stakeholders. • Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach activities and national initiatives. • Monitor programme outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance engagement efforts. • Provide administrative and secretariat support for committees and working groups. • Support ad-hoc projects and operational duties as required. Requirements• Degree in any discipline. • Prior experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, programme coordination, events management, volunteer management, or related fields will be advantageous. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Comfortable supporting occasional evening or weekend community engagements when required.
