About this role
• Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems • Managing the construction project activities, budget, and resources to meet the construction timeline without compromising quality and safety • Conducts meetings to monitor site job progress and resolve all technical and site problems • Assist Project Manager to organise weekly toolbox meetings and housekeeping, respective site operational meetings on related project matters • Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with audit requirements • Ensures that all construction documentation is filed and maintained according to the Project requirements • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations • Prepare weekly progress reports inputs and other deliverables of the project as required by Project Managers • Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods • Solve issues with the site engineers that arise on the construction sites • Experienced in handling multiple projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising training, and mentoring staffs • Minimum 8 years of project management experience in a related field • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
