Work you will do The Finance & Enterprise Performance Offering works as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance executives through advising, implementing, and delivering service solutions that help our clients develop strategies and capabilities to transform finance, support enterprise-wide decision making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization. The team advises our clients on the transformational outcomes achievable through a range of digital tools and implement the one that suits clients’ business needs. As a rapidly growing SEA practice, we strive to find high caliber team members to build a world class Finance & Enterprise Performance practice. We are looking for experienced Enterprise Performance Management Consultants with experience in planning, budgeting implementation consultants to join our team to deliver enterprise-scale financial planning and management reporting for our clients. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end implementation of OneStream or related solution. You will work alongside solution architects, finance SMEs, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Key responsibilities: • Design and configure multi-dimensional data models for financial planning and budgeting and management reporting • Develop business rules to automate complex calculation logic through scripting language • Develop dashboards and reports • Build data integration with source systems including data validation and transformation • Understand the functional requirements in the planning and budgeting process including driver based design • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements phase to deployment Your role as a Consultant At Deloitte, we believe in empowering our people at all levels. Enough about us, let's talk about you If you are someone with: • Bachelor Degree in a business, technology or finance discipline. • Minimum 4 years’ working experience in implementation of OneStream or comparable EPM platforms (e.g. Oracle Cloud EPM[FCCS/EPBCS], HFM/Planning, SAP BPC/SAC) with at least one full lifecycle implementation focusing on financial planning and budget, and management reporting. • Strong technical aptitude, including experience with scripting or programming logic (e.g., VB.NET, C#, or SQL) and multi-dimensional data modeling. • Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes & planning/budgeting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods. • Exceptional interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience. • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings. • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
