About this role
Role OverviewThe Consultant – Qualtrics Experience Management supports the design, configuration, and delivery of CX, EX, and TX solutions using the Qualtrics XM Platform. The role is execution-focused, working under the guidance of senior team members while taking ownership of assigned workstreams and deliverables. Key Responsibilities – Qualtrics Configuration &Delivery• Configure Qualtrics surveys for CX, EX, and TX programs • Build survey logic, validation, and branching • Configure email and link-based distributions • Create dashboards and reports • Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live hyper care Business Analysis & Documentation• Gather requirements with guidance from senior consultants • Translate requirements into user stories and functional specs • Maintain configuration and solution documentation Data & Integration Support• Support integration with CRM, ERP, and HR systems • Configure contact lists, embedded data, and data mapping Required Skills & Experience• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics XM Platform • Experience in CX, EX, or TX programs • Survey design, dashboarding, and analytics Education & Certification• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field • Qualtrics Certification preferred
