Content Creator (On-Site, Part-Time)

We are seeking a Content Creator who can own both the capture and direction of content, not just filming. This role requires someone who can identify what is worth filming, shape it into clear content themes, and consistently produce engaging short-form videos that support business growth. You will work closely with the founder but are expected to take initiative in deciding what content to create, why it matters, and how it should be executed. Key Responsibilities • Plan and propose weekly content themes and angles (not just execute tasks) • Identify opportunities in daily studio activity and translate them into content • Film short-form video content on-site (2–3 sessions per week) • Direct the founder during filming (prompt talking points, guide structure) • Edit and produce:12-20 reels per month • Regular Instagram stories (3 times per week) • Ensure variety in content (e.g. customer problems, product positioning, behind-the-scenes, premium work, founder voice) • Write captions and manage posting across platforms • Review performance and adjust content approach over time • Organise and maintain a structured content library for reuse Requirements • Proven experience filming and editing short-form video content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok) • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, real working environment • Comfortable directing individuals on camera • Basic understanding of social media engagement (hooks, pacing, storytelling) • Reliable and consistent with delivery timelines Preferred (Not Mandatory) • Experience with F&B, retail or lifestyle brands • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools Working Arrangement • On-site: 2–3 sessions per week (1.5–3 hours per session) • Some remote editing time • Flexible working hours aligned with production schedule Salary / Compensation • $1,000 per month Application Instructions Interested applicants should submit: • Links to short-form videos personally filmed and edited • A brief description of how you would approach filming in a working kitchen environment • Availability and expected start date Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short trial session in the studio.
