Our clients pay $25,000 to learn from us. As an intern, you sit in on those same classes (for free) while getting paid to build the content that runs the business. You'll edit YouTube videos, design social graphics and thumbnails, produce short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, and capture content at live workshops. In a typical month you'll ship 20–30 short-form videos, 40+ social graphics, 4–6 YouTube edits, and capture content at 2–4 live events, workshops, and client intensives. Everything you create goes straight into your portfolio with full rights. ABOUT THE FOUNDERS — WHO YOU'LL LEARN FROM EVERY DAY Melvin Soh has personally generated SGD $45M+ in sales over his career and now coaches some of Singapore's top performers — including FSDs (Financial Services Directors) leading the country's largest insurance and financial agencies, content creators and influencers, and a roster of 7- and 8-figure business owners across Asia. He doesn't just teach "marketing." You won't just be editing videos. You'll be in the rooms where high-level marketing, sales, and business decisions actually get made — and you'll absorb more in 6 months here than most people pick up in 3 years at a fancy marketing job. WHAT YOU BRING • Video editing — Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or CapCut AI (AI-enhanced editing experience a strong plus) • Graphic design — Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro  • Hungry to learn marketing, sales, and business — more than you care about a fancy job title • A portfolio that shows you can ship — school work, personal projects, side hustles, freelance, your own social content.
