Salt Talent Search is seeking a Contingent Talent Partner for a 12 months contract What will you do: • Partner closely with hiring managers, supplier partners, and contingent workers across APAC especially India, often across different time zones. • Own and manage multiple contingent requisitions while maintaining high-quality support and responsiveness to Hiring Managers. • Work with business leaders to shape sourcing strategies and advise on the appropriate classification of workforce needs. • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and the wider Talent team to solve business needs and ensure compliant contingent engagements. • Support Business Education and Training Sessions • Support hiring leaders with IC/Freelancer agreements and worker classification review. • Draft job descriptions, run syncs with agency partners, review resumes, and drive the selection process for contingent talent. • Ensure contingent workers understand and reflect Netflix’s culture. • Assist with new supplier selection and ongoing supplier performance management • Build strong relationships with staffing partners by providing timely feedback and clear communication. • Conduct weekly orientation sessions so contingent workers have the information and resources they need to succeed. • Support managers with performance feedback, worker issues, offboarding, and assignment terminations. • Generate reports, analyze contingent workforce data, and share insights with your hiring manager population. What will you need: • 4-5 years of experience in contingent talent, staffing, recruiting, HR, or client relationship management. • Managing regions in APAC specifically India • Experience with contractor management programs (either internal client-side or via an external MSP). • Working knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements across the APAC region for engaging contingent workers. • Hands-on experience with VMS systems (preferably Beeline) • Ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations. • Intermediate proficiency with Google Suite • Strong judgment on prioritization and follow‑through. • Effective problem‑solver who asks the right questions and leverages available resources to resolve issues. • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
