Job Descriptions: • Lead the end-to-end execution of events, including planning, coordination, and on-site delivery • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure events are aligned to business objectives and delivered smoothly • Develop and manage content across channels (e.g. digital, social, internal communications) • Support video content creation, including ideation, scripting, editing and production of videos • Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to enhance content creation, efficiency, and reach • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all activities Period: 6 months contract Location: Raffles Place Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Salary: up to $4500 Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma with experience in event management and execution (end-to-end) • Strong interest and passion for events and brand experiences • Good understanding of digital marketing and content creation, including video • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies in marketing and creative production tools such as Canva, Premier Pro, Capcut etc. • Strong organisational and project management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Creative thinker with ability to translate ideas into execution • Hands-on, resourceful, and solution-oriented • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): tracy@successhrc.com.sg (Reg No: R1107390) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
