Contract Deputy Finance Manager (Up to $6k)

Duration: Aug 2026 - February 2027 (6 months, maternity cover) Location: Harbourfront Salary: Up to $6,000 Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 6pm) & Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Jobdescription • Responsible for full set of accounts of a few operational entities, including management accounts, tax matters, GST and cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders (including outsourced shared service providers) • Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures • Assist to review transactional and ancillary documents, provide commercial inputs and liaise with consultants for various projects including acquisitions, divestments and/or restructuring. • Deal with internal and other stakeholders including tax agents, corporate secretaries, auditors and/or trustee of the REIT’s entities • Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements • Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management Requirements • Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent • At least 4 years of relevant experience • Analytical, resourceful, good problem-solving capability and proactive team player • Strong financial literacy skills • Prior audit background and experience in REIT industry preferred • Experience with SAP/BPC and Yardi preferred By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed to consent to PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.persolsingapore.com .
