Contract Executive, Medical Affairs (West, Govt Hospital, Training Provided) - HTJ

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to provide administrative and coordination support for the hospital’s clinical governance activities. The role involves supporting governance committees, coordinating policy reviews, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth governance and quality assurance processes. Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Board (MB) & Clinical Standards Steering Committee (CSSC) Support• Coordinate and manage regular MB and CSSC meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, presentation collation, and minute-taking • Track follow-up actions and projects arising from committee decisions • Maintain and update records related to quality assurance committees and governance activities Clinical Policy & Governance Support• Support the review, coordination, and approval process for hospital and cluster clinical governance policies and documents • Ensure proper documentation and version control of governance materials • Assist in maintaining compliance with governance standards and processes Stakeholder Coordination & Project Support• Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to facilitate governance activities and communication • Support governance-related projects, workgroups, and initiatives • Assist in ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-up on governance matters Requirements• Possess a recognised Degree in any relevant disciplines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent organisational and coordination abilities • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset • Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels • Prior experience in governance, healthcare quality, or healthcare settings would be advantageous Interested candidates, please forward your resume to  Consultant: Jalene Tan (R26160390) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (99C4599) jalenetan@recruitexpress.com.sgNo.: R26160390
