Contract Manager

Responsibilities • Lead and mentor the Quantity Surveyor (QS) team by setting clear goals, tracking performance, and inspiring members to achieve strong results • Oversee project financial performance by managing contracts and cost control processes to meet budget targets and maximize profitability • Design, implement, and continuously improve systems for QS functions, contract administration, and cost management to enhance operational efficiency • Evaluate and interpret project cost data, including inter-project and inter-company charges, to support effective resource planning and decision-making • Address and resolve contractual and financial issues by coordinating closely with QS teams, project stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors • Take full accountability for project cost control and contract settlements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and minimizing risk exposure • Lead negotiation, preparation, and administration of various construction contracts to protect company interests and ensure smooth project execution • Apply in-depth knowledge of construction law, contract management, and risk management practices to fulfill contractual responsibilities effectively • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to support collaboration and informed decision-making • Strong expertise in construction law, contract management practices, and risk mitigation approaches • Solid commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address contractual challenges • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams Wecruit Pte Ltd EA License No. 20C0270
