(Contract) Marketing Communications Executive

We are looking for a proactive and creative communications professional to support the organisation’s innovation and AI transformation initiatives through impactful storytelling, content development, and stakeholder communications. Key Responsibilities Strategic Storytelling & Content Development • Develop engaging write-ups, articles, announcements, presentations, and communication materials for organisational initiatives and projects • Translate complex or technical initiatives into clear, relatable, and audience-friendly content • Proactively identify opportunities to highlight organisational achievements, innovation efforts, and operational improvements Communications & Narrative Support • Support the organisation in handling sensitive or potentially negative messaging in a professional and balanced manner • Monitor industry developments, competitor announcements, and public narratives, and react quickly with relevant communication ideas or content recommendations • Ensure communication materials are aligned with organisational positioning and messaging objectives Stakeholder Engagement • Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments to gather information and develop communication content • Support project teams and leadership in communicating initiatives effectively to internal and external audiences Awareness & Engagement • Produce timely and high-quality content across various communication channels, including newsletters, internal communications, presentations, and digital platforms • Drive awareness and visibility of organisational innovation and transformation initiatives Requirements • Approximately 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Strategic Communications, Journalism, Media Relations, Content Development, or related fields • Strong writing, storytelling, and content development capabilities • Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging and audience-friendly messaging • Strong awareness of communication sensitivities and public perception • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify communication opportunities independently • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills • Interest or exposure in technology, AI, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile https://sg.persolgo.com/job/apply/16354 We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
