Contract / Perm Finance Manager (VWO, Healthcare) - #HHW

Job Scope: • Provide accurate financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making by the CEO and Board of Directors. • Analyse and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, projects/programmes and grants accounting. • Prepare and present strategies to the Board of Directors and provide status updates on key initiatives and revenue streams. • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process. • Administer and review all financial plans and budgets; manage organizational cash flow and forecasting; and keep CEO and Board of Directors abreast of the organization’s financial status. • Strengthen the financial management/reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements. • Work with Community Partnership Team to maintain the donor management system and ensure that records are accurate and up to date; ensuring that donors receive their tax-deductible receipts on a timely basis. • Improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual. • Ensure compliance with governance, legal matters and reporting requirements for charities in Singapore. • Oversee risk management frameworks, health and safety compliance and data protection requirements, including compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and good governance practices (e.g. Charities Act, Personal Data Protection Act, etc). • Collaborate with CEO and Board of Directors to identify growth opportunities, including partnerships, or new programs. • Lead strategic planning and corporate development strategies to strengthen financial and operational goals. • Manage key accounts and grantmakers and work with the CEO and respective HODs to develop, prepare and organise materials for grant applications and monitoring compliance of KPIs. • Manage the funding, grants and donor contributions, ensuring transparent reporting and accountability. • Manage transformation initiatives.
