About this role
Job Description • Handle HR administrative matters such as probation confirmations, staff transfers, changes in working hours or employment terms, contract renewals, re-employment cases, salary adjustments, and incentive payouts. • Ensure all HR services are delivered in accordance with policies, standard procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs), with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. • Maintain and update tracking records to support reporting and productivity analysis. • Support the upkeep and continuous improvement of process documentation and the team’s knowledge base. • Participate in cross-training to promote knowledge sharing and operational consistency. • Provide on-site HR support and maintain positive stakeholder engagement. • Assist in process improvement initiatives, including data collection, reporting, and implementation of new workflows. • Contribute to team projects and departmental objectives. • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders by providing reliable administrative and advisory support. • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery. • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational needs. Requirements• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience. • Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Prior experience with Power Automate or RPA tools is an advantage • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to handle high-volume tasks while maintaining confidentiality. • Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
