About this role
Job Description: • Lead and manage the tendering process for construction projects, from pre-tender to post-tender stages. • Review and analyze contract terms, conditions, and tender documents to identify risks and opportunities. • Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions. • Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to secure favorable contract terms. • Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company policies. • Provide strategic advice to senior management on tendering strategies and cost control. Job Requirements: • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. • Minimum 8 years’ experience in contract management/tendering within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, FIDIC), and tendering processes. • Proven track record in leading successful tender bids. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. • Analytical with strong attention to detail.
