Job Summary Manage subcontractor claims, negotiate contracts, evaluate variation orders, and control project budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective construction progress. Responsibilities • Evaluate subcontractors’ progress claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms • Negotiate and award subcontracts to secure favorable terms and timely project delivery • Assess variation orders to determine validity and impact on project scope and budget • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to track project financial status • Develop and monitor budgets to control costs and optimize resource allocation • Perform quantity take-off measurements to support accurate cost estimation and project planning • Utilize Excel and MS Office software to analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making
