Contracts Manager (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)

• Manage contracts, procurement, and claims with contractors and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. • Resolve disputes and implement cost control measures. • Negotiate terms and conditions to minimize risk and maximize value for the company. Requirements: • Degree in Construction/Quantity Surveying or equivalent • At least 5 years’ experience handling contracts for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. • Strong knowledge of construction law and contract management. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
