Contracts Manager – Job SummaryThe Contracts Manager is a senior role responsible for leading and overseeing all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. The position focuses on cost control, contract administration, risk management, and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered profitably, compliantly, and in alignment with contractual obligations. The role involves managing a team, providing expert contractual advice, evaluating and certifying claims and variations, and maintaining close coordination with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Strong experience with main contractor projects and standard industry contract forms is essential. Key Responsibilities (at a glance)• Lead and manage commercial and contractual functions across projects • Provide contractual advice and resolve disputes or issues proactively • Evaluate and certify progress claims, variations, payments, and final accounts • Conduct value engineering and cost optimization exercises • Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Key Requirements• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. REDAS, SIA, PSSCOC) • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, including at least 5 years with a main contractor • Experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects preferred Work location: East Singapore Leticia Liow EA License No. 93C4403 EA Regn.
