Contracts Manager (Tender, A1 Main Con)

Are you an experienced contracts professional with a strong background in tender management and procurement? Our client, a reputable A1 Main Contractor, is seeking a Contracts Manager (Tender) to join their growing team. There are opportunities for both the tender team for building as well as civil infrastructure team. Key Responsibilities • Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for building projects • Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify cost and contractual risks • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Technical and Project Teams) to ensure accurate pricing • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for cost inputs and quotations • Monitor tender progress and ensure timely submission • Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations when required • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and pricing trends Requirements • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in tendering and contract administration, preferably with an A1 main contractor • Strong knowledge of local building contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA) and tender processes • Candidates with prior experience tendering for the data centre industry are highly desirable Interested candidates kindly forward your CV to yiling.tan@peoplesearch.jobs (Tan Yi Ling, Reg No: R21103172). Feel free to forward this great opportunity to someone who would be a great fit for this role.
