About this role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our team on a freelance or part-time basis. Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of companies to ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. • Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other corporate secretarial documents accurately. • Execute company incorporations and corporate actions, including changes in officers, share transfers, share allotments, and company strike-offs. • Maintain statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records for clients in an organized manner. • Prepare and lodge filings with ACRA accurately and within statutory deadlines. • Liaise effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters. Required competencies and certifications • Hold professional qualifications such as Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary, or membership with a recognised professional body (e.g., ISCA, AIAS, ICAS, CSIS); OR • Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on corporate secretarial experience in a Singapore corporate secretarial practice. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and professionalism.
